Agreement
By downloading or using Dotnote, you agree to these terms. This agreement is between you and the developer of Dotnote, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Dotnote or its content.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dotnote for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Subscription
Dotnote is available as a subscription with two plans: monthly at $3.99 per month, or yearly at $29.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of your selected plan.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and code in Dotnote remain the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Your content
Any data you enter into Dotnote is stored on your device and synced privately through iCloud using Apple's CloudKit. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, collect, or store it.
Maintenance and support
The developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Dotnote. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
Disclaimer of warranties
Dotnote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of Dotnote.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dotnote after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
